Job title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job description:
- Manage the business sales and marketing action plan and lead the sales team to achieve Reaching Out sales targets.
- Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director of the business, you will motivate and lead the sales team, and be responsible for maximising profit and identifying new sales opportunities to grow the business.
- You will need to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers and staff. As the key point of contact for the organization you will be proficient in both Vietnamese and English as our core customer base are tourists who visit Hoi An old town.
- With a team of around 10 people you are an experienced manager and can coach and motivate the team to improve their selling skills. You will relish marketing opportunities and can use your initiative to deliver the marking plan in line with the business goals.
